At Bhatta Psychotherapy, we understand how overwhelming life’s challenges can feel, but you don’t have to face them alone. Whether you're struggling with adult ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, or work stress, we provide expert, compassionate care in a safe and supportive space.

Our clinic is led by Damber Raj Bhatta (MA, Clinical Psychology, Ph.D. Scholar), a specialist in adult ADHD, trauma, and personality disorders. He is joined by psychologists Indu Shrestha and Alisha Gurung, with Dr. Reet Poudel (MD, Psychiatry) available on call.

We use CBT, DBT, NLP, and trauma-focused therapies to help individuals with adult ADHD and other psychological concerns regain clarity, focus, and emotional well-being.

    Finally I got diagnosed with ADHD after years. I have been getting treatment of anxiety which never cured my anxiety rather I got worse during last few years. Thanks to Bhatta sir who diagnosed and showed me a path to heal, I know it will take time but I am relieved to know, no more self criticism. Thank you again.

    I’ve been in therapy with Dr. Bhatta for the past one and a half months, focusing on emotional relationship issues, trauma bonding, and anxiety. During this time, I’ve felt genuinely supported, guided, and listened to in a way that has made a real difference in my day-to-day life.

    Dr. Bhatta has helped me better understand my emotional patterns and taught me practical tools to manage overwhelming feelings and relationship stress. He’s also taken the time to explain how medications work, and what my options are — always in a respectful and informative way, never forceful.

    What I appreciate most is how safe and seen I feel in our sessions. Therapy can bring up a lot, but Dr. Bhatta holds space with calmness and empathy, making it easier to open up and truly reflect. I’m learning to recognize and break out of old patterns like trauma bonding, and I’ve already noticed meaningful changes in how I relate to myself and others.
